Though the author believes that everything in this website is constitutionally protected free speech, nothing in this website is represented to be a proven fact. Allegations are the "beginnings of truth" and don't become "proven facts" until adequately tested and generally accepted. The process of proving anything involves taking the "facts" as we know them and testing them in such a way that the truth is "discovered." In this case the truth is easy. Either the equipment is buried there or it isn't. That is exactly what SeeitReal.com is asking for. The unveiling of the truth by the discovery of the alleged facts through adequate testing. Testing that most reasonable persons would call for and accept as complete when finished. The one failed test Shell performed does not fulfill that requirement. A "failed test" is the same as "no test" in its ability to discern the truth. Again, truth in this matter is a "process of discovery," and that is all it can be, especially if someone or some company or any entity of any kind can benefit from subverting it.

So far Shell has not offered any rationale for not having done a definitive test before transferring both stations to Satish Chopra. Truth, particularly "truth with any consequence," can take many twists and turns before its eventual revelation. SeeitReal.com is dedicated to seeing that the reveled truth is in fact what happens.
