The Solution

The solution is remarkably easy. SeeitReal.com has given both Shell,  the Riverside District Attorney and the Riverside County Health Department the name of the testing lab (IST Laboratory, Inc.) and tester (Richard Soto) who is qualified and experienced enough to conduct an adequate and fair test that would let the public discover the truth at the Corona location(s). Given the urgency of Shell selling the location to the person who left the material there in the first place and its close proximity to a clean water aquifer (33 yards), the public and press need to demand that the District Attorney capitalize on Shell's expressed commitment to find and remediate the source of contamination in Corona left in place by Satish Chopra. Nothing less is acceptable. Leaving the items there to eventually pollute a clean water aquifer is an egregious breach of the public's trust and a breach of the public mandate the District Attorney's Office, the County of Riverside and the state of California, via Governor Schwarzenegger Office, are sworn to protect.

Given Shell's expressed commitment to aid in any discovery and remediation, there is now nothing to stop the public agencies and employees from doing their job. Then why aren't they doing it? So far, it hasn't "passed the smell test" and won't pass the test of public scrutiny unless "The Parties," including Shell Oil act with some urgency to do one of the tests highlighted in the attached pages (see "Proving the Truth" and "The Right Test"). Actually, I think all Shell has to do is a good 3D above the floor GPR test. It creates a cube you can read from the bottom up, but if they botched that test, let them do a better "under the slab test from the side" and not through the conrete and rebar they say failed the 1st test. If they don't know who to get in order to do a definitive test they can use "IST Laboratory."
